Service Calls
We can provide service calls for preventative maintenance and repairs during normal business hours. There is a $125.00 Service Call Fee which will be collected the same day. A quote will be provided before any work is performed and payment will be collected when the service or repair is complete.
Real Estate Inspections
We can provide real estate inspections for homes currently being listed. The $200.00 fee covers a physical inspection of the equipment, duct system, and a written report. The report will provide approximate age of the system, overall condition, serious or hazardous conditions, code infractions, design flaws causing poor efficiency, and any recommendations for required action. Duct leakage tests are not included but can be provided for an additional fee.
